What we do
Charity Record helps Americans track their charitable donations for tax time. Record cash, mileage, stock, vehicles, digital assets, art, and item donations throughout the year, then export your records as CSV, PDF, HTML, or TXF when you need them.
Free up to $500 in donations tracked. $29.99 per year for unlimited tracking and premium exports.
Why we built it
Since 2014, my wife and I had been happily using ItsDeductible to track our donations. When Intuit first announced they were shutting it down in 2023, we talked about building a replacement. They reversed the decision that time, so we didn't bother.
Fast forward to October 2025, and Intuit shut it down for good. My wife and I talked about it again and agreed that tracking everything manually would be a massive pain... so I built Charity Record.
We're our own biggest testers here. We built it for ourselves first, but it works for anyone who donates to charity and wants to stay organized for tax time.
