- What happened to ItsDeductible?
- Intuit shut down ItsDeductible on October 21, 2025, and has not released a standalone replacement for year-round donation tracking. Charity Record was built as an ItsDeductible replacement: it imports ItsDeductible data and tracks new donations going forward. - Can I still log in to ItsDeductible?
- No. ItsDeductible logins stopped working when the service shut down, and your donation history is no longer available there. Intuit lets you request a copy of your personal data, including ItsDeductible records.
- How do I get my ItsDeductible data now?
- Sign in to your Intuit account, select Data privacy, then Download, and submit a data request. Intuit says requests can take up to 15 days. Our step-by-step export guide covers the process (with screenshots).
- Does Charity Record import ItsDeductible files?
- Yes. Upload your ItsDeductible CSV or XLSX export files and Charity Record detects the format automatically. You can upload multiple years at once and preview before saving. Imported history does not count toward our free plan's $500 limit.
- How does Charity Record work with TurboTax and other tax software?
- TurboTax Desktop and H&R Block Desktop can import Charity Record's TXF export, with some limitations on what TXF supports. TurboTax Online and many other web-based products don't support TXF, so Charity Record also produces PDF and HTML reports organized by charity, date, or form for manual entry or for handing to a tax preparer. TXF, PDF, and HTML exports are part of our paid plans, and CSV export is available on every account.
