PDF Export
Our PDF export creates a professional donation report organized by charity, suitable for printing or sharing with your tax preparer.
HTML Export
The HTML export opens in your browser with a clean, printable layout. Click Print at the top to print directly.
TXF Export
TXF files import into TurboTax Desktop or H&R Block Desktop. Cash and mileage donations usually import cleanly, though other types may need an update after import. All donation types need you to supply additional details after import.

What's included in exports
All export formats include:
- Donation date and charity name
- Donation type (cash, items, mileage, stock, vehicle, art, digital assets)
- Amount or Fair Market Value
- Schedule A vs. Form 8283 categorization (for PDF/HTML)
PDF and HTML exports also show:
- Totals by charity and by type
- Form 8283 fields for non-cash donations over $500
- Appraisal details where applicable
You can organize PDF and HTML reports by charity, by date, or by form type.
