PDF Export
Our PDF export creates a professional donation report organized by charity, suitable for printing or sharing with your tax preparer.
HTML Export
The HTML export opens in your browser with a clean, printable layout. Click Print at the top to print directly.
TXF Export
TXF files import directly into TurboTax Desktop or H&R Block Desktop. Cash and mileage donations import cleanly, though other types may need a quick update after import.

What's included in exports
All export formats include:
- Donation date and charity name
- Donation type (cash, items, mileage, stock, vehicle, art, digital assets)
- Amount or Fair Market Value
- Schedule A vs. Form 8283 categorization (for PDF/HTML)
PDF and HTML exports also show:
- Totals by charity and by type
- Form 8283 fields for non-cash donations over $500
- Appraisal details where applicable
