Sample Export Reports
Summary: See what our PDF, HTML, and TXF exports look like before you export yourself or upgrade. These samples show how donation data appears in each format.
PDF Export
The PDF export is a printable donation report for your records or your tax preparer. You can organize it by charity, date, or form, and each donation date stays on its own line. This sample uses the default Charity organization and Summary item detail level.
HTML Export
The HTML export opens in your browser with a clean, printable layout. Click Print at the top to print directly.
TXF Export
TXF files import into TurboTax Desktop or H&R Block Desktop. Cash and mileage donations usually import cleanly, though other types may need an update after import. All donation types need you to supply additional details after import.

What's included in exports
All export formats include:
- Donation date and charity name
- Donation type (cash, items, mileage, stock, vehicle, art, digital assets)
- Amount or fair market value
PDF and HTML reports also show:
- Totals by charity and by type, with separate subtotals for cash and mileage (Schedule A) and noncash donations (Form 8283)
- One line per donation date, even when items are summarized
- Item detail at the level you choose: Summary, Category, or Individual
- Acquisition date, how acquired, and cost basis for stock, vehicle, art, and digital asset donations, when you entered them
- Flags for donations that may need more documentation, such as a missing appraisal or Form 1098-C, and a note when a similar-item category exceeds $5,000 for the year
Per-unit item values, custom categories, and full valuation notes are in the CSV for each donation type. PDF and HTML reports are a dated summary, not a complete Form 8283 worksheet.
