Accepted Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and other major credit and debit cards. Cash App Pay and US bank account payments may also be available at checkout.
Payment Processing
Subscription payments are processed by Polar.sh, our merchant of record. Your use of their payment services is subject to Polar's Terms of Service. Taxes and fees assessed by the payment provider will be added to your invoice where legally required.
Pricing
You can manually track your first $500 in total donations for free. (Importing historical data does not count toward that threshold.) Unlimited tracking is available for $29.99/year (plus applicable taxes and fees) and includes all export formats (CSV, PDF, HTML, TXF) and access to all tax years. We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days notice via in-app messaging and email.
Refunds
For new accounts, refunds are available within 30 days of any subscription payment (including renewals) if no premium exports have been generated. Premium exports include PDF, HTML, TXF, and tax form helpers. Existing accounts remain on the refund policy in effect when they registered. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Upon refund, your subscription is immediately canceled and you return to the free tier.
We may, at our discretion, grant exceptions to this policy. We may also deny any refund request (including a first request) and/or suspend or terminate accounts for suspected abuse, fraud, or chargeback activity, at our discretion.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support. Billing errors are handled separately from refund requests.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend premium access while the dispute is reviewed. We may also require the dispute to be resolved before restoring paid features. If we schedule account deletion following a dispute, you will have a 30-day grace period to export your data as CSV.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. After cancellation, you retain paid access through the end of your current billing period, then return to the free tier.
