Yes! If you exported your data from ItsDeductible before it shut down, you can import everything. All years are viewable and exportable. The $500 limit only applies to new donations you add after import. Didn't export before the shutdown? You may be able to request your data from Intuit. Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! Cancel anytime. You'll keep access until the end of your paid period, and you can export anytime.

Do you offer refunds?

Does my subscription cover multiple tax years?

Yes. Charity Record is a donation tracker, not tax software, so your one subscription covers any tax year's donation data. Your subscription runs for one year from when you subscribe, and you can enter and manage donations from any tax year during that time.

Free accounts have two limits: a $500 total donations cap (once you reach $500, upgrade to add more donations; you can still edit or delete existing donations), and export format restrictions (free accounts can export CSV only; PDF, HTML, and TXF exports require a paid subscription).
